The ColorTouch Assistant has been discontinued, is no longer supported and has been replaced by the ColorTouch Desktop App.

To download the app, click on the appropriate operating system icon below. Once the file has finished downloading, locate it and double click the file to start installation.

Once the pictures are uploaded onto the SD card, you can go to the individual settings, and select the image you would like to use for your wallpaper as well as your screensaver.

Menu > Preferences > Custom Wallpaper

Menu > Screensaver > Screensaver Setup

If using the slideshow option, the thermostat will use all the images it imported. While hovering your mouse over the images in the Colortouch Desktop App, you will see an option to exclude it from the slideshow, or use it as the dealer logo.

IMPORTANT SUPPORT NOTE

Venstar thermostats are sold only to authorized distributors in North America. Our distributors sell our products to their dealers and contractors. Most of these dealers/contractors sell & professionally install Venstar products. A few of these dealers sell Venstar products online through their own website or through an online retailer such as Amazon. Venstar itself does not sell thermostats direct to the consumer or online.

As the manufacturer of Venstar branded thermostats we offer training and support primarily to our distributors and their dealer/contractors.
